Legal notice and privacy notice
Legal notice
321oyna is not an official site. It is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with any football club, league, federation or player.
Club, team and player names are used only to identify who is being referred to. These names and related trademarks belong to their owners. The site does not use club logos or player photos.
Information is provided as is, with no guarantee that it is complete or correct. A “No” means the source has no record of the player at that club; it does not prove they never played there.
Data source
Player and career data is compiled from Wikidata, a free, openly licensed (CC0) knowledge base. Anything missing or wrong there may be missing or wrong here too.
Privacy notice
This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller
Data controller: (to be added)

2. Personal data processed
About footballers: name and other known names; date or year of birth; nationality; clubs and national teams played for, with dates, appearances and goals; a short description; Wikidata and Transfermarkt identifiers. No data about players under 18 is published.
About visitors: there are no accounts and no name, email or similar is asked for. Search text is sent to the server only to show results and is not linked to a person. Hosting providers may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser details and the requested URL for a limited time for security and operation.
Cookies: only a “lang” cookie, to remember your language choice; the theme choice is stored in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Visit statistics: page views, searched players and checked pairs, country (derived from the IP address), language and device type are counted only as daily totals. To count unique visitors, your IP address and browser details are irreversibly hashed with a key that changes every day; that value is deleted by the next day at the latest and the IP address itself is never stored. No cookies are used. Browsers sending a Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal are not counted.
3. Purposes
To make publicly available information about which clubs footballers played for searchable, and to run and secure the site.
4. Collection method and legal basis
Footballer data is collected automatically from Wikidata. It concerns the public careers of professional athletes and is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-d (made public by the data subject) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the controller).
Visitors' technical logs are created automatically when the site is opened and are processed under Art. 5/2-f.
5. Transfers
Data is stored with service providers that host the site and database on servers outside Turkey (Vercel, Turso). Transfers abroad fall under KVKK Art. 9. Data is not otherwise shared with or sold to third parties.
6. Your rights and requests
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed and for third parties to be notified; object to an adverse result from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage.
Send requests to patymateapp@gmail.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days. You can also ask from the same address for information about you to be corrected or removed.
